- Plan a trip ( but if you sre busy don't take it )
- Spend time with your family and friends.
- Move closer to work.
- Meditate, rewrite your brain.
- Go outside especially at 13.9 degree celsius
- Practice similing
- Sleep more.
- Practice gratitude
- Help others two hours a week
- Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
