10 scientific ways to be happy


  1. Plan a trip ( but if you sre busy don't take it )
  2. Spend time with your family and friends.
  3. Move closer to work.
  4. Meditate, rewrite your brain.
  5. Go outside especially at 13.9 degree celsius
  6. Practice similing
  7. Sleep more.
  8. Practice gratitude 
  9. Help others two hours a week
  10. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
